Learn how to work with isomalt sugar to create sugar toppers with Ro. This workshop is part demo and part hands-on. This workshop will teach you how to work with isomalt nibs in molds and to create pulled sugar toppers. Since the isomalt is a heated medium, it is a dangerous medium and can cause burns, so the heating and pulling portion of the lesson will be conducted by the instructor. A demonstration only lesson is available for ages under 16. Hands-on instruction for ages 16 & 17, with an adult present is a must. This workshop is meant for adult participation, and will be a private or semi-private workshop only. A waiver must be signed prior to the lesson.
